Created to serve
We want to help people enter the throne room of God. In doing so, we want to disappear so that they only see Jesus. Our goal is also to support our pastor in the vision he has for his church and the worship services as a whole.
We want to make music in such a way that it does not distract people from seeking God. This means that we place neither too little nor too much emphasis on the musical side of worship. People involved in this ministry must be able to hold a note with their voice and have a good sense of rhythm and melody.
Musicians should be spiritual role models for the congregation, as they are often on stage and are some of the first people to connect visitors and others with what the congregation stands for.
